Thematic week “For a green world!”
From 18. to 22. of March, our school held a thematic week "For a Green World!" to raise awareness about environmental problems and how to solve them.
During the week, students took part in various creative projects and demonstrated their knowledge in competitions and quizzes. In Geography, students answered questions in the quiz “Journey to the Wonderful World of Nature”, made soap with the Chemistry teacher, created posters in Scratch with the Computer Science teacher, organised an exhibition of woven baskets made from recycled materials with the Design and Technology teacher, and solved text problems on green energy in Maths. The week culminated in two events: the Kangaroo 2024 International Mathematics Competition and the World Water Day Erudite Competition.
